Ejime
“Ejime” means “twin” in Igbo, a Nigerian language. Identical twins Adamma and Adanne Ebo founded Ejime Productions with the intent to cultivate content focused on multiple perspectives and intersectional experiences. Ejime Productions develops and produces content for feature films, short films, television, and digital platforms.
Adanne Ebo
Adanne is the first-born twin (17 minutes older, and acts like it), and is a graduate of Spelman College and Northwestern University School of Law. She had one of her earliest bouts with critical thinking when her church dedicated an entire sermon to the “evils” of Harry Potter. She loves dark comedy, animation, sci-fi, and fantasy. Her passions also include video games, fashion, and anime, along with training to become the Avatar—master of all four elements.
Adamma Ebo
Adamma is the second-born twin (her stubborness is what delayed her arrival by 17 minutes), and a graduate of Spelman College and UCLA’s graduate Directing/Production program. Raised to question everything, her critical outlook and skepticism of the world thrust her into her love and fascination with satire and dark comedies. She also loves animation, sci-fi, and fantasy, and her passions outside of filmmaking include video games, fashion, anime, and naps.
